Disabled Access

Our modern premises are fully accessible to disabled people.

Violent or Abusive Patients

The surgery, like most NHS organisations, has a zero tolerance policy toward violence and abuse. Any patient who behaves inappropriately will immediately be removed from the practice’s patient list and the police will be informed.

Complaints

If you feel we have not met your expectations, and wish to make a complaint please see our Complaints Policy.

Earnings Declaration

NHS England require that the net earnings of doctors engaged in the practice is publicised, and the required disclosure is shown below. However it should be noted that the prescribed method for calculating earnings is potentially misleading because it takes no account of how much time doctors spend working in the practice, and should not be used to form any judgement about GP earnings, nor to make any comparison with any other practice.

The average pay for GPs working in DOCTORS LANE SURGERY in the last financial year was £60,567 before tax and National Insurance.

This is for 0 full time GPs, 3 part time GPs and 0 locum GPs who worked in the practice for more than 6 months.

Named GP

Every patient at the practice has been allocated a named GP in line with government guidance. This does not affect how you access the practice and you can still see whichever GP you wish.
