Welcome to Doctors Lane Surgery
As always, we are here when you need us: things just might look a little different. All patients who wish to see a doctor or a nurse must first speak to a clinician by telephone to be triaged. If the clinician feels like they need to see you face-to-face, they will arrange that with you directly.
Flu Vaccines 2021
We are holding a drive-through flu clinic on Wednesday 29th September for our patients who have long-term medical conditions, and those aged 65 and over by the 31st march 2022. If you are eligable to attend, you will recieve a letter to ask you to come along in a specific time slot. If you are unable to attend on the 29th, please DO NOT contact the surgery to inform us. We will know that you have not been, and will be in touch after the 29th to invite you to come along to the surgery at a later date.
We are now in the final stages of planning COVID Booster doses at Tennant's Auctioneers in Leyburn. We expect to begin inviting patients for these before the end of September, but please note that boosters must be given at least 6 months (24 weeks) after your second dose and so we will only invite you when it is time to do so, to avoid any confusion. If you have your booster dose elsewhere and then receive an invitation from us, please ignore the message. Please DO NOT contact the surgery to arrange a vaccine: please wait for us to contact you. If you want to arrange a vaccine for somewhere other than Tennants, please call 119, or visit this website.
