All patients who wish to see a doctor or a nurse, even during walk-in surgery, must first speak to a clician by telephone.
In order to limit social contacts to only those that are necessary, we ask that you please phone us instead of 'walking-in' to open surgery.
We will put you on the list for a call from the doctor or a nurse at the time that you would normally have been seen (i.e. you will still be seen in order of 'arrival'). If, as a result of this call, the clinican feels that you need to be seen, they will give you an appointment time later that morning. When you arrive, you may be asked to wait in your car, in order to limit the number of patients in the waiting room.
Folowing advice from NHS England, and to mitigate any risk that potentially infected patients attend the practice without triage, appointments can no longer be booked online.
As we are expereincing high volumes of calls, if you may wish to use our Online Consultation service:

Order prescpritions and book online
Those with tablets or smart-phones can download an app to order repeat prescriptions and book appiontments. Please contact us to register for access.
