Please note that the dispensary is closed to patients between the hours of 12noon and 2pm. This is to allow the staff time to process complex prescriptions without disturbance.
Repeat Prescriptions Information
The easiest way to order your repeat prescription is to use SystemOnline over the internet. If you don't already have a username and password, or if you think you might have but don't know what it is, ask a member of practice staff who can get you set up, or re-set your password. We will give you a unique username and password, which must be collected in person with a form of ID.
Click on the logo below to go to the SystemOnline home page, where you can log in to your online account to request repeat medication, make GP appointments, or cancel existing appointments.
The other ways of requesting a repeat prescription are as follows:
- placing your white repeat prescription form into dispensary or the surgery letter box out of hours or by post. Please tick the appropriate box for the items you require.
- By phone (01325 374332) between the hours of 1400-1600.
Please note 2 working days notice is required for repeat prescription requests, and 7 days for medication in dosset boxes/blister packs.
Medication Reviews
You will be asked to speak to or see a Doctor at least once a year to review your regular medications.
Prescription Charges and Exemptions
The NHS prescription charge is a flat rate which is charged per-item. If you are obtaining more than one drug on a monthly basis then it may be beneficial for you to purchase a prescription prepayment certificate (PPC). If you are exempt from paying the prescription charge you will be asked to provide proof when collecting your prescription.
